Model & limits

Ideal clamps hold rigidly; grip force, slipping and stand toppling are not simulated. Planar rigid mechanics · 960 Hz. Instrument readings use simulation time. Ruler marks: 1 mm; stopwatch display: 0.01 s; photogate sampling: 1.042 ms. Ideal fixed rope guides. Instrument housings do not collide. No electrical, thermal or fluid model yet.

Canvas controls

Select / marquee: Click an object. Drag empty space to select a group. Shift adds or removes.
Move your view: Pan tool (H), Space + drag, or middle-button drag. Wheel zooms at the pointer. F fits all.
Edit apparatus: Drag to place. Delete removes. Ctrl / ⌘ D duplicates; Z undoes; Shift Z redoes. Arrow keys nudge; [ ] rotate.
Ruler: Place it beside an object. Drag the round handle to rotate it. Double-click the ruler or choose Enlarge scale to read its markings.
Stopwatch: Arrange apparatus while paused, then press Time & run on the stopwatch to start motion and timing together. Stop and Zero affect only the watch.
Notebook: Add your own columns and rows. Type any observations or measurements; the notebook does not record for you.
